Q: Does ChiroVMail lock me into a long term contract?
A: No. Feel free to use the service as long as you are benefiting from it.

Q: Can I see who has opened the VMails?
A: At the present time you can see how many VMails are being sent out. We are working on a reporting tool which will show you precisely which recipients are opening them.

Q: Am I limited as to how many VMails I can send?
A: Unlike some email marketing systems which charge you more based on the number of emails you send, ChiroVMail is a flat monthly fee. Send as many as you like!

Q: How many contacts can I add to my email lists.
A: There are no limits the number of leads and patients you can add to your email lists. ChiroVMail does not charge you more for growing your list. In fact, we encourage it!

Q: How long does it take to get set up?
A: Depending on how fast you are with a computer and how much you pay attention to the training, you can have ChiroVMail up and running in under half an hour.

Q: What if patients don’t want to receive the videos anymore?
A: ChiroVMail allows them to opt out of any future emails with a simple click of a mouse.

Q: Can I upload my own videos?
A: Yes, the system allows you to upload whatever videos you would like and send them out to your leads and patients.

Q: How long are the videos?
A: Each ChiroVMail video is approximately three minutes and are designed to capture and hold the viewer’s attention. Other chiropractic videos on the marketplace which can be long and boring, likely will not be watched in their entirety.

Q: Can I add attachments?
A: Yes, you have the flexibility to attach whatever file you would like including photos, newsletters, new patient forms, etc.
